‘Ecoute Violences Conjugales’ is a Belgian helpline that provides specialist services to survivors of domestic abuse. With a very limited budget, the charity wanted to launch its new number and get coverage from key media outlets.

To explain the benefits of this new helpline, we created a fake moisturising creme called ‘0800 30 030’ and built an entire campaign around the launch of this fake product. The tagline connected the dots:

0800 30 030 soothes, protects and rebuilds survivors of domestic abuse.

Our fake moisturiser was a real product with a real message, and was given away in key locations such as pharmacies and GPs.

A print ad, imitating traditional skincare brands, appeared in Belgium’s most prestigious women’s magazine (Elle) with a sample of our new product.

Influencers spread the word and started the conversation with their followers.

We took over the charity’s social channels and created content imitating traditional skincare brands. Here are a few examples.
